Ghoulkin

The Ghoulkin are minor level, savage, tribal-like, inhuman creatures that live in the forests of the modern world. They all share a taste for human flesh, a fear of technology, and a talent for raiding towns for food and supplies while nimbly evading local law enforcement and hunting parties.
